Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using AOK Plants, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and Permitted Use
AOK Plants is licensed, not sold. AOK Labs grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable app store rules.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute unlawful content, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the app lawfully, protecting your device and account credentials when applicable, and ensuring that information you enter is accurate and appropriate for your use.
App Data and Backups
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and for creating any exports or backups that the app makes available. AOK Labs is not responsible for data lost because of device loss, damage, replacement, deletion, or failure to create a backup.
Third-Party Services
AOK Plants does not rely on third-party services unless otherwise stated in the app or these terms.
Availability and Changes
AOK Labs may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. AOK Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Termination and Changes to These Terms
You may stop using the app at any time. AOK Labs may suspend access when necessary to protect the app, users, or legal rights. These terms may be updated, and the revised version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
App Store Terms
If you obtained the app through an app store, that store’s applicable terms also apply. For Apple downloads, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license agreement is provided through App Store Connect.
