Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using AOK JobProof, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License and Permitted Use
AOK JobProof is licensed, not sold. AOK Labs grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and applicable app store rules.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute unlawful content, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the app lawfully, protecting your device and account credentials when applicable, and ensuring that information you enter is accurate and appropriate for your use.
App Data and Backups
AOK JobProof stores your jobs, photos, signatures, and business branding details locally on your device. This data is not backed up automatically and will not transfer if you switch devices or reinstall the app — use the in-app backup export (Settings → Export Backup) to save a zip of your jobs and photos to Files, iCloud Drive, or email before switching devices. If you purchased Pro, use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to recover your Pro status on a new device.
Purchases and Subscriptions
AOK JobProof offers an optional auto-renewing "Pro" subscription — $6.99/month, $32.99 per 6 months, or $49.99/year — that unlocks unlimited jobs and custom business branding (logo, brand color, business contact details, and contractor signature) on every report. Creating up to 3 jobs per month, capturing photos and signatures, and generating PDF reports is always free. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. This is processed through the App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to restore your Pro status on a new device.
Third-Party Services
AOK JobProof may connect to third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.
No Professional Advice
AOK JobProof provides general organizational or informational tools only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, legal, automotive, safety, or other expert advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken using information from the app.
Availability and Changes
AOK Labs may update, change, suspend, or discontinue app features. Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. AOK Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Termination and Changes to These Terms
You may stop using the app at any time. AOK Labs may suspend access when necessary to protect the app, users, or legal rights. These terms may be updated, and the revised version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
Additional Terms
AOK JobProof's photo, note, and signature capture is a documentation tool to help support your records — it is not a legally binding electronic signature and does not include identity verification, consent audit trails, or IP/device logging. AOK JobProof is not a substitute for legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney regarding the enforceability of any agreement in your jurisdiction.
App Store Terms
If you obtained the app through an app store, that store’s applicable terms also apply. For Apple downloads, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies unless a custom license agreement is provided through App Store Connect.
